John Schraven has resolved thousands of disputes over the last twenty-five years. He is experienced in negotiating health insurance subrogation, personal injury settlements and workers compensation claims. John believes everything is negotiable and that everyone should be comfortable negotiating.

As a consultant, he offers an unbiased viewpoint and experienced advice based on years of experience dealing with many different styles of negotiators.

John teaches classes on negotiation and has presented seminars to the Vermont Bar Association, the Vermont Association of Justice, Vermont Law School and the New England Crisis Negotiators Association.
